The best thing I can say is to pinch off the hose before you pull away the bag, then cap of the bag to empty or change the bag.

If you can get this to stay in place I don’t see any reason you can’t use a bedside bag. Hope this helps.

you don't need a new bag, When urine is full, just need to drain it, and then install the urine bag, it will be working normally.

NO! My husband has a 41 inch waistline and it won't fit him. Perhaps it might fit a 38 inch waistline to be comfortable.
