I love, Love, LOVE this pasta attachment!!So, there was a bit of a learning curve at first as you do need the pasta dough to be a certain thickness before running it through the attachment and you also should try to work in smaller sections rather than trying to use one long sheet of dough.All of that aside, this pasta attachment works PERFECTLY. It gets the dough to the right thickness, it cuts the dough into spaghetti or linguine noodles really easily, and it doesn't take a lot of effort or time either. And this pasta maker works really fast, especially when I was used to making dough by hand before!!It's also very easy to clean the attachment. Just use the brush to brush out the flower, wipe it down (do not submerge into water!) and you're done!This is definitely one of those things that after using it, I wonder why I didn't buy it sooner. Definitely try it out for yourself!

It works great. I’ve only made fettuccine but it came out perfect. Ravioli is next. So easy to use and clean up after. I just wish I had done this sooner.

If you have a model motorized mixer they suggest, this is far better than the hand-cranked pasta machines.After ordering, it came to my door in less than twenty-four hours and in perfect condition.I made three dozen raviolis today without any problems whatsoever.It’s substantial, easy to clean and pleasant to look at.I’m very pleased with my purchase.

My family absolutely loves making our pasta at home. Although it’s not difficult to cut our own pasta, this saves us quite a bit of time and the cut is much more satisfying than when we do it ourselves.This product does not only work incredibly well, but it is extremely easy to use. It isn’t heavy so it’s easy to quickly adjust. The build quality works well for our family, however if you are a family that really wears down products this may not be for you.

We wanted to get an attachment for our Kitchenaid to make pasta and while there are several out there, this one had some great reviews and a nice price point, so we took the chance and ordered it. It attaches easily and is super easy to use! I like that it has three different pasta sections; spaghetti, fettuccine, and flat lasagne-style noodles, and is adjustable for running the pasta through.Having never used one of these before, we quickly became familiar with how it works and we ended up making a lot of pasta and look forward to making more! If you have a Kitchenaid stand mixer and want to make fresh pasta, add this one to your cart!

pasta maker works great! Cleaning wasn’t to hard. Popped one side off and used brush provided to clean after use.
