Marie was so kind and helpful. The product is great! It stays flexible even when frozen and will Velcro anywhere on the strap. Good quality construction. Makes my broken ankle feel so much better!

Delivery was good. What I like about this is I can use it on my hands also. I time the coldness a good 20 minutes and a little more as it cool down. I had in freezer all night when I got it and all day today till I was ready to try it along with another item I got. So for my feet it’s great for my heel (Heel Spurs) great also on the Stress Fractures. My hands felt good with this . Glad I brought two. Shipping was fast and packaged well. I would buy again if needed.

What I like about this bandage is that it stays put. I have a bad habit of banging my feet up, and I also have some pain from neuropathy and find that placing an ice pack on my feet at night helps relive some of the nerve pain and allow me to get some sleep. What I don't like about this is that the ice pack is rather small. It sits in a small pocket on the top, but because the ice-pack is tiny, it doesn't last too long. Fortunately, I have other larger ice packs that I can use with the bandage.

I got this for a foot injury and it really helps keep the cold where I need it. The softness of the ice let's you bend it to fit and the holder keeps it in place. You can make it as tight or as loose as needed.

these wraps are the bomb!I used them for my feet after long walks. I use them for my arm and rest after playing rocket sports… Easy to put back in the freezer or microwave for heat if needed.

Just ok. The cold pack is stiff and should be more pliable and the Velcro strips just grab onto the fabric instead of another Velcro strip. Doesn’t hold it really well and will probably not hold at all before many uses. I didn’t return because it does the job—just could do it much better with improved design.

I have used only in freezer. Shapes well to area needed. Used after foot surgery, molded perfectly.
