I bought this book for my son and he said to make sure I give it a rave review. Book arrived in excellent condition and he is very pleased. Price was good too. He's such a good boy!

Looking forward to reading

It seems like a very valuable and informative book to have.I will probably go back and read it when I closer to expert status and have achieved a USCF rating of 2000 or higher.Currently I am focusing on tactics and positional play with some basic endgames. I would recommend this book to players who are serious about chess and want to become advanced in their own right.I have not read the book myself yet, but shelving it for future references.

My husband is an avid chess player and loved this book.

I liked Grooten's Chess Strategy for Club players a good bit and like this one even more....
