I think the one i recieved was used or returned, does it normally come wrapped or taped by mfg?

Mine was used as well with a sticker on the middle and no cable charger. I think reason of it is because is use and they can have it at the price that I got it and not the original( price).

Is this big enough to hold a laptop charging cable or two also?
