It does what it's supposed to do. No complaints. I'm not sure if this is really stainless steel or aluminum. I let it air dry and it hasn't rust. Very easy to clean, stackable for storage.

I used these for making a mousse cake and they worked great, no complaints and I am looking forward to using them often.

Very heavy, sturdy material. Won’t warp easily. Haven’t used it yet, but looks like it will bake great cakes.Deducted 1 star for packaging. Fell apart a little when opened, which is fine, won’t damage the product. USE BETTER PACKAGING TAPE. The tape left residue on all the rings that defies Goo Gone. The smaller ones I could remove mostly no problem. The large one were taped at three locations, all left pretty much all the adhesive onto the ring. It took soaking in Goo Gone, hot water, then a scourging pad for 15 minutes to remove 90% of it. This is a food prep product, tape is not food safe. Think of a better packaging.

I was hesitant to buy because of some questionable reviews here. I’m a professional chef and bought these for home. They aren’t as heavy duty as the ones I use at my bakery, but they also don’t need to be. I’ve been using them for 4 years now and have no rust on them and no warping at all.

Such an amazing quality. I purchased a cheaper square set prior and wish I’d pay more but got this one instead.I baked in it placing it directly on baking sheet.Used it to cut out shape in a roll out cakes. It’s just perfect. Worth the money!

I bought these rings for mousse cakes and absolutely satisfied with the product. Very durable, tall enough, smooth (the must for mousse cakes preparation) and round. Definitely recommend!
