Will knock you out in a half hour
It is the best melatonin supplement I have tried to date. I have ordered two other products prior to this and noticed very little result. With the mixture of Magnesium Glycinate, I have noticed a much improved mood/mindset when waking up in the morning. It took me a few days to realize the correlation between the two, but it is certainly there. On days I forget to take it prior to bed, I wake up much more groggy and have mind fog. I feel much more alert on mornings after taking this!Keep in mind, for me at least, this product is wonderful at making you TIRED INITIALLY. It does not help keep me asleep at all. Within 20 minutes of taking two, I can feel my eye lids going shut even if I am doing chores or standing up. It has a wonderful initial effect.

Helps calm my restless legs and nighttime anxiety
The mixture of melatonin and magnesium seem to really be easing my restless legs and nighttime jitters. I have intense insomnia and take this with a prescription sleep aid. That’s definitely not recommended, but I have noticed a significant positive difference in sleep quality. I recommend these or a similar product if you have nightly hard to control muscle movement or insomnia.

It works!
I’ve been taking this product for a couple of weeks, let me say it works!I’ve had trouble sleeping, between restless legs, waking up and not getting back to sleep.This has been a lifesaver, no restless legs and sleeping much better!

READ THE EXPIRATION DATE
This may be another case of the placebo effect - My husband and I both found this product helpful and I was going to rate it very highly....then I saw the review - "CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE" as I was going to try and order more. My last bottle bought in Sept 2020 says the expiration date is "best by 7/2018". Not sure what to say, but if is ever back in stock - I WON'T BE BUYING THIS AGAIN!

Unfortunately they are not working for me. I still have a difficult time staying asleep. I took them as directed, and I tried 5 times. I seem to fall asleep, but am wide awake within 4 hours.

Only used a few days so far with some improvement in sleep and no leg cramps.
