Hi, thanks for your question! The answer depends on your use. If you're using it every day, we recommend replacing after about 2-3 weeks. The sponge will start to shrink down and might tear slightly in some spots when it's getting close to the end of its useful life. It can then be thrown out with organic waste or composted.
