Great item!
Great item! Works very well. Love that it has a remote controll so you aren’t fiddling, lights can be changed or completely turned off. Very easy to use and great value for money.

Great mist & lights and useful options.
The media could not be loaded. First day of use and very pleased with this diffuser! Easy to set up, big water capacity and useful options! The room (medium) smelled gorgeous within seconds, I used lavender drops and the mist is strong! It hardly makes any noise and started defusing as soon as it was plugged in (no time to heat up or something, because that’s what I expected!).

OK but it's quite high-maintenance
This works perfectly well for a while (3-4 uses) but then stops producing mist from the slot. I found that wiping the inside carefully with a tissue - particularly the round 'hole' in the base inside - helps for a while until it stops again. I have also found that concentrated essential oils seem to be too heavy to work well and seem to clog the unit so now only use mister type fragrances and spray the surface of the water 2-3 times. Bit of a shame as it was pure (single) essential oils I would have preferred to use.The remote control has also given up working altogether (yes, I did try a new battery!) which is not the end of the world but just make the unit less convenient than it was with the remote.Good effect though so worth persevering, but a little precious and needy!

Excellent product
Lovely diffuser,easy to set up and use.The remote is very strait forward and the lights are delightful.The timer is brilliant for controlling the mist.

Poor quality item - buy a more expensive one!
I had this item recommended to me and I was excited to receive it but DO NOT BUY.It is such poor quality it leaks at almost every touch. When you go to empty it no matter how careful you are it leaks. When you add water - it leaks. If you press a button - it leaks. You should not have to press a button on the unit as there is a remote but guess what! The battery is a dud. Also the USB cable is very short - this is an item that throws out mist and water so why would you want it so close to electrical points!I have had several really poor items from Amazon recently - the quality has gone right down to TEMU levels (that is my personal view of both which I am entitled to!) yet at Amazon prices still AVOID
