Exactly what was described. Plastic and can cut to size needed. Durability is good for the price, just stoe the properly and you'll get multiple event usage out of them. It is a variety of nations represented and not a lot of repetition so it was great for what we wanted!!

Very durable string of flags. Felt like the went on forever. Loved all the countries represented and that the material allowed for these to be sustainable. Worth every penny.

Perfect
I bought this for my English Language Development (high school students new to the USA) classroom. It covers the entire perimeter of our room and looks amazing. The students were so excited to look for their own flags (although I believe El Salvador is missing). ;) Our room looks great. Very pleased with this purchase.

Lots and lots of flags
Great decoration. Hung from the ceiling, and the flags do not take over the room. Some are cut kinda wonky, but since there are so many, it's hard to notice. Using in a playroom and it looks really cool.
