The media could not be loaded.  First let me say the chandelier is a true showpiece. It’s fabulously gorgeous and I’ve never seen anything like it. People’s jaws drop when they see it.Fair warning if you purchase this though, be prepared!!! The installation and assembly is no joke! Every single piece has to be wired individually. Every single tiny crystal, dangling piece, tiny jump ring, and anything else that goes to the light has to literally be put together piece by piece. Absolutely nothing is attached to anything when you open the box. Not the arms or the main centerpiece of the fixture. Nothing is together or attached. Hear me when I say nothing!There are no instructions included with the light at all. The only thing is a video that is on the listing in the description area. However, this video is not for the same light. It is for a smaller chandelier so it doesn’t really help you with figuring out where everything goes or with wiring it together. By halfway through, my friend that was helping me and I decided we would make it my own and we decided where to put what because there is no explanation or instructions on anything.As far as wiring goes my husband had to go to the hardware store and purchase other items as the ones that they give you are nowhere near adequate for wiring the size of the light fixture. Overall, now that it’s up I absolutely love the chandelier and I would probably do it all over again...maybe. My husband who had to wire the thing completely disagrees and was incredibly frustrated by it. It was not easy to install it easy to assemble, but I do love it.

When I received the product, the whole box was damaged. When I unpacked it, I found that the crystal decoration of the lamp was incomplete. I don't know if it was lost or it was missed when packing. Moreover, the lamp as a whole does not match the picture on the website, which is very strange. It looks like It's a bit awkward, the color is a bit dark, not bright, it seems that I need to find another suitable installation

Not very fine quality. I am not very satisfied. Broken pieces and I glued them together because I need it urgently! Very disappointed shopping experience!
