Good size, not too big, not too small. They cleaned well, washed well in the dishwasher, and they're simple enough color and design wise that it's easy to make nice looking presentations in them.

I bought the 9" ribbed pasta bowls in starry blue. They are beautiful. The pictures I took don't really do them justice. The color is consistent and vibrant. They craftsmanship is great. I was surprised the stoneware was heavier than I expected.This was exactly what I was looking for.I do not round plates… I would like oval or rectangle… can you please make some… maybe?Thank you for this quality product. I also bought the. French onion soup bowls…going to leave a review for them also… they are a fav here!

Food doesn't get crowded or spill out - Stews, Pasta, Salad - chunky chilli or Ragout add toppings or bread or pita It all fits Stays in the bowl...heavy dinner ware but easily cleans - stays put on the table -

I was surprised the stoneware was heavier than I expected. They are solid I included a pic next to a 10" cake and 12" pizza pan for sizing reference. Cake slice is 6".**one thing to note when ordering. The regular bowls ,(set og 6) are grouped in the same set of pptions for the "Pasta Bowls" pasta bowls are sold as a set of 4, they are 9", not 7". 7" are sold as a set of 6. While the description in the options are accurate, it can be a bit confusing when ordering. I think that's may be the reason for the bad reviews * Not sure if that's something Amazon or seller can fix or correct. But it would be more user friendly.

Perfect for pasta and salad entrees. Very pretty too.

I was really pleased with these bowls. I have another style from the same series, but these are by far the best and the size and shape make them perfect for multiple uses.
