Just Buy It! (6 Months of Daily Experience with Exchange Recommended)
I have read several Exchange books in multiple formats and I have to say this format is the best so far. I am not quite done reading the book, but am very pleased so far with the information. I also really like that they have setup a centralized webpage with all the links they reference in the book for easy access. The material is written in a way that shows Microsofts recommendation and best practices for different scenarios. I would recommend that before purchasing this book you have at least 6 months of daily Exchange administration as it does assume quite a bit of prior knowledge. I have 3 years of daily Exchange administration and have designed and implemented 2 environments (2010 and 2016.) This book has already taught me several things and I'm only 1/4 of the way in.UPDATE (6/29) :I passed my 70-345 exam today with a score of 812. After having passed the test I will say that this book did help teach me things that are vital to the test; however, it SHOULD NOT be your only study source. If you have been managing Exchange for several years and then read this book you should be able to pass the test. If you are new to Exchange, someone with less than 1 year experience, I would never recommend this book on its own. Use the links provided in this book and be sure to read the referenced articles, they have great information that will be covered on the test. Keep in mind the test only has 40 questions so every question counts!

then this will be a nice compliment for picking up the details on Exchange 2016
Very well written and on topic without going overly in detail. If you have a strong understanding of Exchange 2013, then this will be a nice compliment for picking up the details on Exchange 2016.The author also points out what and where to pay attention for exam specific material and offers links on where to get more information which is very helpful as most of these exam prep books simply give a high level overview of each skill that is measured without any further detail or expression of the importance a certain subject may have on an exam, which is important if you are a day-to-day administrator of Exchange, some of the skills on the exam may never come into your day to day operations.I would highly recommend setting up a lab to follow along with this book to practice what you read and help embed it prior to taking the exam or using in production. All in all, great book by a very good author.JR.

Very relevant book written by a true Exchange expert.
This book is a wonderful resource for planning my upgrade from Exchange 2010 to 2016 on premise, as well as planning for the 70-345 exam. Paul is one of the leading real-world experts on Exchange, and has enough hands-on experience to help with the fine points of an upgrade that would escape others.I'd definitely recommend this book for anyone looking to take 70-345, as well as anyone considering installing/upgrading to Exchange 2016.

Great read!
Great for the new test, just don't bank on any of the links if you bought the eBook version. Most will just lead you back to buying the book from the microsoft press bookstore.

This a great book and thanks to Paul
This a great book and thanks to Paul. It has helped us deploy Exchange 2016 on-premise for our organization and eventually have our cloud email through OWA. I recommend this book.
