Do they come with instructions

Instructions are in a photo of the add! But it is pretty straightforward.. you put the shoelaces, tie a knot to keep the metal part in place, and once you're happy with the length, you cut off the excess and its done

Has anyone had problems of the toggle unscrewing, does it need frequent tightening up?

It kept happening with just 1 of the 4 we used in my daughters shoes. Maybe twist the lace in the opposite direction before fastening and then it won't try and untwist and come undone when fastened. I didn't think of this at the time 😕
