Q: I want to display stacks of single-sheet flyers. Will the sheets stand upright or be too light and bend over?

Single sheet flyers will bend. We got around this problem by using a stiff material behind the displays. Trimmed cardboard that doesn't show beyond the flyers.

Q: Will this be great for storing and showing off comic books?

I would not recommend for comic books. The back support on each tier is only 5.5" high and front support is only 2". I don't think this would support a comic book. I use for greeting cards that max 7"high

Q: does this also work well with dvds and xbox games?

I use it for books and magazines in my classrooms, but I don't see why it wouldn't work with DVD's and games. It looks pretty multifunctional.

Q: will this hold a 5 1/2 x 8 1/2

Yes, I use it for multiple size prints from 5 x 8 to 8 x 10 inches.
