Works great!! I will buy this again
Bought this stuff after hearing about it on a podcast I listen to. I'm alway up for trying new things and I've tried a couple other similar products. Until now I've stuck with tiger balm because it works. This stuff isn't as intense but it seems to work better especially for clearing inflamemation. Recently tweaked my right shoulder ( a couple of days before this spray came in ) sprayed my shoulder rubbed it in waited 30 seconds and did the same thing to the same area. It wasn't magic but I could move my shoulder through full ROM with out any discomfort. I've applied it per the directions and 3 days later my shoulder is almost like new. Just wondering how many applications are in this bottle. It smells better then tiger balm and not as potentate smelling. Also not greasy and washes off your hands easy so you don't have to worry about touching your face an hour later and wonder why your face is now burning. Also with the spray I can apply this stuff to my mid back by my self sweet!

Love it!
Was really excited to use this product. Opened the box with more then half the product in the bottle. Spray bottle must not have been fully closed, product leaked in the box. Don't think there is enough product left to use for more than two sprays... Can't even say if it works or not since I can't use it as suggested ☹️--- 4/12/17 Update... The company sent me another spray bottle free of charge. I used this product along with the cream.. It is awesome ! Works great! I over worked out my arms and was really hurting. After using it twice, woke up with my arms feeling way better. I highly recommend it with the cream! It is work the purchase!!!

Good spray, not too intense.
This post work out spray is really a great buy. Recovery Max makes really good products and my family will continue to buy from them. This spray is very easy to use and very lightweight to keep on hand in your gym bag.The bottle it comes in has a lime green and orange spray nozzle. The bottle is white, with a black label. The spray itself is clear when it is pumped out. The spray is very even and I had no issues with getting the nozzle to work.We purchased both the spray and the cream and I do like how the spray goes on so easily and is just a quick spritz or two, rather than having to massage the cream in. The cream was really good for deep tissue stuff, but if you're looking for a quicker, less effort option, I would totally go for the spray.The natural oils in the spray make it really great for your skin. I never feel like there is a thick residue or anything left over, so that is good. The oils just make you feel moisturized. I really do notice a difference in the way my muscle soreness is lessened since I've been using this. IT's not as intense as Tiger Balm, but still gets the job done. Great idea, needs improvement.
I was really excited to try this spray. After a good workout a good muscle rub is crucial, and really helps. There's things I like and don't like about this product, I'll detail both below.The good:Spray formula. This idea is genius, if you've been dealing with thick balms like I have, then you'll know that even though they work well, they're messy. They get on your clothes, take awhile to rub in (although, this helps sore muscles), and make your hands cold with that menthol-y feeling. This is nothing short of convenient, and if you know me, you'll know that I'm a big fan of convenient.The good and bad:The ingredients. They work, although not as well as my favorite balm. If this is a sacrifice of *some* product efficiency for convenience, ok. But it also affects the smell that some others have commented on. Granted, muscle rubs never smell great, but this one has it's own unique scent. I believe it is the Emu Oil giving it this aroma, but since I cannot isolate the ingredients I am not certain. Is it terrible enough to be a deal breaker? No. But I'm not going to reach for this unless my husband isn't around to help reach areas that I can't get to by myself with balm. At the same time, if you're looking for a product that's more natural, then it's petroleum free, with natural ingredients like camphor, rosemary oil, arnica, and emu oil.The bad:The product arrived visibly dirty, leaking, with the label peeling off (and taped on.) From what I understand, this may be an issue that happens in the warehouse, I'm not sure, but it seems like there must be some quality control issue going on.I'd love to see this product revamped. Products love to brag on being new and improved, and I'd love to try the new and improved version of this, with some of those issues worked out.
