Exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to install! Quality seems to be top notch. Only issue is had was getting the hooks through the grommets on flag due to where they were located but that was more annoying then anything..no fault of the product.

Fit the pole and work perfectly. Nice finish. Great replacement for plastic.

Got these to replace plastic ones that came with our Costco flag that didn't spin well so our flag was always getting wrapped around the pole. These seem good quality, spin freely and were easy to install. Will have to wait for a windy day to see how well they perform and will report back. Just be sure to measure the diameter of your pole and purchase the correct size.Update: Have had some windy days and the flag was spinning freely then it started to stick on the top ring, so I sprayed some WD40 dry lubricant on it and that fixed the issue. No problem with it sticking now even after 40 mph winds.

These flag pole rings are very well made from aluminum and stainless. The rings easily fit over 3/4 inch EMT conduit and are a snug fit over 3/4 inch steel conduit or pipe. The design of the rings is good and machining is excellent. I found that the directions for spacing the rings on the flag pole or staff must be followed to the letter. If you attempt to stretch the back of the flag by placing the rings further apart than the exact distance between the flag's grommets, the flag will wrap itself around the staff and not unfurl. Even when the spacing of the rings is only slightly greater than the grommet spacing (by as little as 1/4 inch) the flag will furl itself around the staff in low wind conditions. As the wind speed increases, the flag creates sufficient "pull" to allow the flag to unfurl. I suspect the reason a person would space the rings wider than the grommets is to keep the spine (back) of the flag from sagging. Trust me - spacing is critical for the unfurling process to work properly and keep the flag from wrapping itself around the staff or pole..

Third set for the flag that I have purchased and this is by far the best. East to install. East to attach flag. And it has survived some strong winds already.

The non carabiner sleeve is A+...all parts are metal and should last a long time. I've had cheeper ones in the past where the rotating piece that clips onto the carabiner is plastic and it breaks within a year. The metal set screws (again NOT plastic!) worked great on my 1" diameter metal pole. The carabiners were a bit small and somewhat difficult to simultaneously clip onto the flags brass grommets and the rotating sleeve.

They are very sturdy but a little heavy for regular house flagpole. They will be much more durable than the plastic ones that come with the new flagpole I purchased last year that broke before one year of use. Very good quality and weatherproof
