Q: What does this product smell like? Is it citrus scented like the shaping fibers?

It isn't citrus scented, but it does have a faint, mild scent to it. I can't really describe it, but it's a pleasant scent. But it's such a light scent that even though I've been using it for years, I had to go actually smell it in the tube to see if it even *had* a scent...I had never even noticed it before.

Q: Is this product a powder?

No- it's a white paste- it's not sticky but will hold hair very well once it dries- damn good product
