A high quality product that I have used for a few years. An excellent ingredient for bakers when buttermilk is needed or desired in a recipe. Easy to mix. Excellent results. Much better and more convenient than buying containers of buttermilk.

Great substitute for buttermilk

Works great. Lasts a lot longer than the liquid would

We love buttermilk biscuits and other goods baked with buttermilk, but we don’t use enough to keep a quart in the refrigerator. This has turned out to be the near-perfect substitute.

This product had all clumped together. I had to chip it out of the carton and process it back into a powder with a food processor. I have been buying this same brand at the grocery store for years and never had this problem till I ordered it on Amazon.

I use this in biscuits. Biscuits are tasty & fluffy.
