Ive taken many different types of post workout supplements. After Glow has the best results for me. Don't be too quick to balk at the price. After Glow has protein, but also contains KreAlkaline, BCAA's and vitamins among other things. buying this product is like taking all of your supplements at once. If you take creatine and BCAA's as well as protein this may actually save you money. The results I have gotten are outstanding.

I am a long-distance runner and stumbled on this a couple years ago. I usually mix it with milk and drink a 16 ounce glass right after any run longer than 8 miles.It really hits the spot and feels like it gets me back to normal energy levels very quickly. Have you ever run a marathon and then were worn out the rest of the day? This is the kind of product that gets you energy immediately after the run and sustains it for several more hours.

Price is a little much but it tastes great. I wonder if there is anything else out there like this product but at a cheaper price?
