A good priduct
This does what it says but you need to make sure that the clip holding the device does not come off of your belt especially when you try to do a #2 in a public bathroom.

No D hook?
This was a re-order. We have bought this item before and like it very much. Ordered 2 more. This time, they did not have the D hook. Not sure why. If you want the D hook make sure you click the item that says + D hook. (Maybe I clocked on the wrong item when ordering- not sure) Do not have long enough to rate durability, but it seems sturdy and fits iphone 7 in heavy case and iphone 11pro perfectly. Except for the missing hook, very pleased and recommend this item. Good value.

Case is nice but won’t fit with otter box cover
I have an otter box defender case on my phone that has broken 3 of the otter box clips so I decided to get a universal pouch but my phone won’t fit in the pouch with the case.

Accidentally got wrong size but it worked perfect!
Got this as a gift for my dad. What a surprise to discover I had ordered the 8plus when he had the 8! But it worked out since he wanted to use this while also having a protective case on his phone. This holder fit his iPhone 8 with case perfectly! He can take it out without too much issue yet it is snug enough he doesn’t worry about it falling out.

Heavy handed or heavy industry users beware!
Vertical dimension ok. Horizontal is a bit wider for my tastes, but the phone and the case are the cause of that problem. The Lanyard seems sturdy enough, but the ring it connects too may be the Achilles heel. The ring diameter is a bit on the teensy side and the way it is fastened to the rest of the holster does not foster a high level of confidence, should the holster get caught on something. Time will tell. But I could not recommend this for someone working out in the field where this could happen with regularity.The provider sent me a different holster without cost that fulfills my expectation. For their customer service, I raised the number of stars.
