This really works!!
I am really starting to understand and truly appreciate the single greatest challenge our body faces is the effective removal of wastes and toxins . This clay/psyllium cleanse is magic because it can aid the digestive process and remove heavy metals and other toxins. Many people will be grossed out by this idea but to really appreciate the results of this cleanse you need to take pride in your bm and the what you eliminated. Id post a picture of mine, lol, but that might be going to far.

Clumpy and Lumpy...
No matter how fast you stir this product or whether you put it in a hot or cold drink, it remains clumpy and lumpy.The only way to mix this detox cleanser is with a blender (on high) and immediately chugging the entire drink.Not sure I can stomach finishing the container. Wouldn't purchase again.

Great for detoxing, clean from the inside out...
I am a big fan of doing detoxes that are beneficial to my body, but I don't love the idea of the master cleanse and "teatox" that are largely diuretics. When we were in Thailand at a health retreat we did a fast and cleanse diatomaceous earth and psyllium and it was tremendous, I was hoping for some of those benefits from this detox and it did not disappoint.I got an email after purchasing with some great recommendations and instructions for how to best use this, for example - don't mix with metal, so the blender is out, it decreases the effectiveness, great tips I did not know! So, I was not doing a fast but added this to my morning routine mixed with pineapple juice and some ice. It's not delicious, but it isn't unpleasant either. You have to be sure to drink plenty of water with this (or any fiber) and it really seems to (without being too vulgar) drag some of the sludge out of the body. If you were to do a fast and full cleanse I think that I would get a lot more benefit - clarity of mind, clearer skin, weight loss - but even just adding it to my diet I got cleansing of my lower intestine at least.Nice packaging, great product, exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely purchase again in future, probably before my next beach vacation when I need get to feeling good about my body.
