I work outside in the Georgia humidity and my ear pieces have to be tough… after the previous brand let me down with failed sensors and poor battery life I have been pleasantly surprised with my K18… Battery life has last for days versus half days and the noise cancelling and clarity of call has been awesome… I discovered the battery level of the k18 is displayed on the iPhone … pretty cool. Price point is great and the warranty seems very good as well… the unit comes with plenty of extra hardware ( ear pads and storage case) but I have not lost any of the ear pads like the other brand…

I have been using this headset for about 4 weeks now. It is great on sound quality, canceling out noise, and the battery life is exceptional. I use my headset for both, work and play. It works great every time. I’ll update my review if anything changes in the future, but for now, it’s an amazing device and helped me to eliminate unwanted cords that come with wired headsets.

I really like this earpiece. The case is wonderfully compact; it fits nicely in my purse and also on the console between my car's front seats. The case is easy to open, which is a good thing if I'm putting it on while driving.There's a small learning curve as far as remembering which way to rotate the microphone to wear on my right ear, and also for rotating it to put it back in the molded case, but it's not a big deal.It's very comfortable in my ear and I never feel like it's going to fall off. The buttons are easy to find and operate. I like that it's small and discreet compared to wearing headphones, and that I can hear my kids and traffic with the other ear. The sound quality is good and I have no trouble hearing my audiobooks whole driving. The microphone quality also seems to be good, since my husband had no trouble hearing/understanding me, the way he has with some of my other bluetooth headphones.My only complaint is that when I am using my phone's map app, the audio takes a second to kick in and I miss the first word out two of each new navigational instruction. I don't miss enough to actually be confused about where to turn, but it's a little distracting. When the audio is continuous (like if I'm listening to music or an audiobook) then it's not an issue.Quite good overall. Would get 5 stars from me if they fixed the delay. 🙂👍🏻

It works well with phone. During a conference call on my laptop the device keeps on saying that it is connected. Also people are not able to hear me when I talk.

My purchase date for this earpiece was last April and it has gone out. Didn’t even last a year!

Well it WAS easy to use and really light weight I could hear great but 1 it didn't cancel background noise at all however I could be heard over the roar of my truck engine and the truck bed alarm while I was dumping. However after literally one week of use callers on 6he other 3nd could no longer heard me at all despite my hearing them quite clearly.

I love this ear piece. 3rd try is a charm. After ordering and returning others for bad quality, horrible connectivity when listening to my YouTube videos, and just plane cheap/hurt my ear after 2 min, I finally found this one and it's awesome.. The quality is amazing for the price.. Built solid,, smooth rotating mechanism to switch ears,, so comfortable. It stays in place perfectly, call quality is excellent as well as video/audio book listening. The case is so sleek and wwll made. I love that I can see the power level right on the case. I also prefer charging in the case, so this is really great. I highly recommend you don't waste time with others, this one is the best. Oh, battery lasts so long too. I'm still at 90% after using it ALL weekend.

I use this for phone calls because of the quality of the sound coming and going and it connects to two devices. It fits good but could be better if the stem was extendable for larger ears. I did have a problem with the stem separating from the main body, but Dilys at Customer Service answered my email very quickly and had a new one shipped out right away - thank you Dilys.
