UPDATE Caveat emptor; then caveat some more.
I purchased these on July 24 as a gift. When newly opened on October 28, one of them was defective ($7 retail value). The response from Sunlight Supply (now Hawthorne):"So, unfortunately, these items don't come with a warranty, after 30 days you cannot return the item with Amazon and we don't offer replacements for this item."They are correct, but based on their response, I would not buy anything from Hawthorne that cost more than $7.UPDATE: I wrote again and they replied saying they would replace the defective Sungrip. Thank you Hawthorne for helping me with this problem.
