Shakti is a Whirling Dervish
I can not give this DVD and instructor enough stars! I have found a real gem with this teacher. It's helped my hoop flow really take off! First of all the footage itself is absolutely beautiful, not something I would ever expect when "exercising". It's hard to think of it as that because I ended the DVD totally relaxed and uplifted ( but dripping with sweat unlike any other type of exercise I normally take on... and yea bro, I lift!).
