These pieces are great, I put mine vertical to give the fish something to swim around. They are well worth the money and are great for your water quality.

I bought a set of these, washed, boiled, soaked, and set them, without incident in my tank. I am loving them and I'm also loving the many compliments I am receiving; probably more than anything I have in any of my 8 other aquariums. As a result, I ordered two more sets, soaked them, and am now boiling prior to another soak, before putting them in another tank. They look great, don't float, and are easy to set without gluing, provided your substrate is deep enough. In addition, the price is more than reasonable, and I plan on ordering more products from this company. I highly recommend this product.
