Let me start out by saying I'm not convinced these actually save any space in your luggage - for that you need vacuum bags. What these are really good for, however, is staying organized. These allow you to keep different types of clothing separated, as well as keeping the dirty ones separate from the clean ones. It is really nice reaching into the bag and grabbing exactly what you need instead of having to rummage around - and even if you do have to rummage around, things stay together instead of making a mess. I highly recommend using these.

My niece suggested I get packing cubes after my clothes tumbled out of my suitcase after opening it on our last family trip.These are one of the best ideas ever! Not only are they great for organizing, but it prevents clothing spilling all over if you accidentally open the suitcase upside down like I always seem to do.
