Received damaged product and on replacement received broken product and replacement was delayed and now closed the window in a single day to avoid any complaints

The media could not be loaded. Finishing is not that great. The floral surface is a paper glued on top of the wooden surface. But it's okay from a utility point of view. Price is higher than the value of the product. Product was well packaged when delivered.
