Watch the mold melt like water.
I wish I took a video of how effective this is. Had some exercise mats that were lying up against an outside wall in the basement. Black mold grew on the wall and mats in a 14-inch x 20-inch area. After researching what professionals use I bought this. WOW! Sprayed it on the drywall and immediately it turned an orange/red color. Next couple of sprays and it ran right down the wall, not affecting the paint behind it. It has the smell of a supper concentrated bleach, make sure you can ventilate while using it.With how that worked so well it was time to try it on those stubborn stains in the shower. It does not work deep into the grout, but any surface stain was removed. Same goes for those hard to clean toilet rims. Spray it up there and on the brush and instantly they are gone. Much better than any toilet cleaner I've ever used. I would not use it if you have septic system, as it will most likely kill all the good bacteria in it the septic.It's now my favorite cleaner for the bathroom. Just don't get it on any clothing, carpet, drapes, anything with color, it's stronger than bleach.

RM-86 worked amazing!
The RM-86, with a slightly aggressive scrubbing pad, cleaned years of mildew off painted wood. The paint looks like new again!

Really works
The mold literally disappears. Make sure to open windows and doors because the odor can be quite strong. Very satisfied with how it worked.

I wish I would have taken a video. This product literally removes mold stains right before your eyes! There are videos online of it working and while I was skeptical (I had already tried other products without any results) its real! This product really removes the stains!!! I highly recommend!Edit: lowered stars. This actually ended up ruining my wood. Just had to pull up my flooring again cause the wood under warped bad.

Spray it on the stain and let it dry. Mold and mold stain will be gone! Be sure to use in a well ventilated are Ad it is very strong.
