My favorite pancake mix. I love carbs too much so I was glad to find these with the added protein and they are just as good as any regular fluffy pancake mix but with a bonus.

Ordered this because we love the (much more expensive) Trader Joe’s mix but they are perpetually cancelling our order for being out of stock. We love the krustez Belgian waffle mix so we thought we’d try this.It’s good. Just not as good in our opinion.
