does the flo sensor also provide the water temp on the Aqua Rite screen?

No, the flow switch allows the chlorinator to operate. It has no other function.

Is tee housing 2"X2" ?

The sides going into your pipes is 2 inch , ( which you can just use a bushing to reduce to 1.5 inch if need be for your system . The top where the wired part screws in is either half inch or three quarter inch . ( if i remember correctly its half inch )

what is the electrical rating of the contacts?

I have no idea. I installed the flow switch and plugged it into the control panel.
