2nd UPDATE:Replacement arrived and in great condition. Charges and works as expected. The seller went above and beyond to make sure everything was replaced and working. I appreciate it very much and am very satisfied with the product.1st UPDATE:The seller was very quick to respond and doing what they can to fix the problem. I look forward to being able to give it a proper review. As for the initial problem:In the original order, unfortunately, as you can see from my photo, it arrived almost exactly identical to the previous reviewer. Unsure if this is from water damage or if the battery was the issue. It only works if plugged into charge. I can say that the airflow is how I had hoped during its working phase while plugged in charge. As soon as I receive the working replacement I’ll update my review.

I purchased this on behalf of my daughter because I have Prime. It came quickly, and well packaged. My daughter cleans houses for a living, and given the recent heat wave, this was a MUST item to keep her cool. She really likes it and said it is sure effective in keeping her body cool.

It takes quite a long time to charge up the unit. And it doesn’t last a whole long time. It’s OK but it’s not a whole lot better than the five dollar one I bought from Walmart last year I originally bought two and then returned one because I wasn’t that excited about it and now I’m wishing I return both of them to be honest

I ordered this based on rave reviews of such product. I work in the heat and figured this would be great to help keep cool. Unfortunately, this particular one does not produce an effective air flow even at its highest setting. I barely felt the air and it did not help in the least on keeping me cool. I have ordered from another seller a fan that produces a higher air flow. Even the highest setting on this one is the lowest setting of the one I ordered. I do not recommending spending your money on this particular waist fan.

I ordered 2 of these for work in summer heat. I charged overnight on an over 2amp charger (as suggested per instructions) which is also frustratingly NOT INCLUDED. One of the units appeared to have some kind of moisture or battery leak damage on its side after unboxing, that unit never charged and never turned on. The other unit after charging all night ran for approximately 1 hour before turning off. (Instuction booklet claims a 4.5 hour run time on high setting). Very disappointing product. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMEND.
