The grind sizes are very good - the finest size is very fine. It is easy to change grind size.A quality product. My only complaint was how it was shipped, hopefully they change that in the future.The pepper grinder was shipped in an envelope with no packaging, so it arrived damaged.Since it was just in the envelope with no protection, it fell apart in transit. The central axel that turns the grinder is bent out of alignment due to shipping damage - it still works, I think, but it is not in new condition. Also, it was full of pepper when it was shipped, so the pepper fell out in transit and it and the various parts of the grinder scratched the stainless steel. All the pepper was just loose in the shipping envelope, but I wasn't necessarily planning on using it anyway - I'm more concerned about the damage to the item.It seems like a decent grinder, but I paid $50 for it and it arrived in essentially used, slightly damaged condition.

I bought one of these maybe 15 years ago in a store, and I still use it. I needed another pepper grinder and have gotten 2 different ones that are hard to use, grind to little for the work, and I end up not liking or using. It then occurred to me - maybe this one is still available - and it is! Its just like my old one. Produces good amount of ground pepper, and the adjustable grind feature is very nice. Looks very nice too (I have stainless steel). Based on the one I've had for >15 years, I anticipate the durability will be equivalent also. Totally worth it.

Its easy to load in pepper corns and grind it to the exact size you dial it in at. No wonder it won the america's test kitchen award.

It’s gorgeous, fits my hand beautifully, feels solid without feeling heavy. It comes not quite half-filled with black peppercorns.Didn’t see much difference in grinds 1and 2 but big difference in 3 (cracked pepper type) and 2 (fine). That’s as far as I’ve checked.Noticed in at least one review difficulty in changing grind levels. Mine came with it easily movable for the first change, but any further change required turning the top cap clockwise a bit before I could shift the dial to change the grind. Not a problem. Takes a few turns before pepper comes out, but I suspect that’s due to the level of peppercorns in there. Again, not a problem just getting to know it.Appreciated the quick delivery. It came with another item I ordered, I was surprised it wasn’t boxed or wrapped in any way in the package. There was enough packing material though so it wasn’t moving about, so no damage to it.

Sturdy and fits well with our stainless theme. Grind is consistent and I like the different settings. Already have had to refill it twice because we use it so much.

Love these - the operation is smooth and efficient; the look is clean and modern. I considered the tall wooden style, but it was unclear if the grinding mechanism is the same. We have one of the pepper grinders already and wanted a nice set for the dining table. Since the mechanism is what we love the most about the grinder, I went with the same acrylic modern style. The set came beautifully packaged and would make an outstanding gift for someone special.
