Hello my friend, the swivel clips are strong enough to hold about 22 pounds.

Yes they would work well for dog tag. I have one on my 109 pound labrador.

Q: I would like to know if you think i could use this on a bracelet to pucnh a hole in my room card on a cruise??

If you want to connect this to an existing hole in the card to a bracelet that would probably work but not actually lunch the hole. I gave mine as gifts so I can't tell you how much use the stood up to should get you thru a cruise.

Q: I need to put a tassel on the ring im wondering if the hole of the tassel will go through?

I think that would be pretty difficult with these. You might want to get some jewelry jump rings to attach to the tassel, then put that on a key ring. If your tassel is big and made of a really thick material it might work.
