Not exactly the same product as is described here
Ok, for starters the l.e.d.s are not 7" high, nor even 7" wide.... in fact, the entire alarm clock is much smaller than expected. The "Extra Loud" alarm is simply an average loud alarm, it could be much louder, indeed the lack of anything remotely "Extra Loud" was a big disappointment. Lastly, the backup batteries are NOT "AA" batteries, they are only "AAA" size, and the advertised feature of this product using the larger AA size batteries was a big reason I chose this brand, as I already have the rechargeable batteries on hand, and I prefer the larger capacity off AA batts over AAA batts. However, the good news is the bed shaker works great! It's like a small earthquake that WILL wake one up in a hurry. And all the l.e.d.s work fine, they are just smaller than the 7" size described.

Great value at great price
The front of this alarm clock is quite attractive due to its bezel-less design. Personally, I think the rest of the body would look more attractive if it maintained the angular design. The giant snooze button that doubles as a night light is clever. And I like how the night light is easy to use: To change colors, just press the button; to turn off, just depress for several seconds or keep pressing the button until it turns off as it rotates it cycles of many colors. The dimmer slide—yes, slide—is great as it provides an analog—not digital or incremental—control over brightness. The LED is sharp and crisp. For many other LED clocks, the numbers have faded or softened edges. The settings are also easy to use and make sense. Sometimes, the buttons are too minimal at the expense of usability and instruction manuals need to be consulted for basic changes. For this alarm clock, the only setting that isn't immediately intuitive is DST. This is fine though as DST changes are only made twice a year, and it's easy to figure out: Just depress the SET TIME button for a few seconds. In fact, having one less button button lowers production cost and therefore consumer price, a sensible trade-off given that the button would only be used twice a year.Other than aesthetics, my only complaint is that the button to turn off the alarm until the next day is tiny and on the back of the clock. That means that you'll need to pick up and reposition the clock everyday. In a way, this helps someone actually wake up instead of habitually hitting the snooze button on autopilot. But for everyone else, this could be more annoying than its worth.A version two of this clock should easily fix these minor issues.

Good Vibration Alarm
For those who cannot hear an alarm, this vibrating alarm is great. Place the vibrating disc under your pillow and nobody will sleep through it, guaranteed. Also nice that the clock has a dimmer switch to reduce the brightness at night. Overall, this has been a great value for the money and we have now been using it for 9 months.

Good Customer Service
When I bought it, I was impressed with the different features, especially the USB port to charge my phone and it was easy to use. It worked great for a deaf person because it comes with a vibrator that will shake the bed. It is a little challenging to turn the alarm off since the button is in the back, not the top or the side. Then a little less than a year after purchasing it, the time and the vibrator stopped working. Since this product has a 1 year warranty, I contacted the customer service to get a new one. Now I have a new one and it’s working. I am very satisfied with the customer service and they are very helpful.

It broke within 6 months
This clock was a disappointment. It broke within 6 months. I have never bought a clock that last in such a short time. It didn't last 1 yr. Awful.
