I was skeptical for this kind of computers, I thought that they were low at performance and their use wouldn't be more than just watching videos and Microsoft Office use. I was wrong.First of all, this computer is so FAST at starting the computer and opening any program, the SSD is one of the best i've seen on the market, you can look at the benchmarks and see the truth.The wireless connection is excellent (fast and strong signal detection), almost all the laptops i had presented problems with wireless connection (I needed to disable and enable the wireless adapter constantly).The screen has a great resolution and it is bright, colorful and very detailed. You can work outside without problems. The only detail is that if you use it a lot as tablet, the screen gets too much of the fingerprints and probably will need constant cleaning if you plan it to use it more as a laptop.One of the things that i was very impressed and didnt expected to be that good is the Camera (specially the front camera). They aren't good as the new high end phone or tablet cameras but IMO they are very good for being laptop cameras.The design is beautiful and it feels like a real premium laptop, not even close as a cheap computer.One of the things that i've seen people complaining the most is about the keyboard. The keyboard is very good and solid, typing on it doesn't feel like it bends and the touchpad is very responsive. People just complain about the right shift key position, never in my life i've used that key, i've always used ONLY the left shift key.The only negative thing about this computer that makes it for me a 9/10 is the fan noise, running this specs is kind of obvious to have this type of issues. But, i've saw an easy way to solve this and until now it worked like charm without having heat problems. You just need to enter the BIOS and turn off the cool mode and that's it, you can turn on or off whenever you want. In my case I disabled it and i've been using my computer for college using web development programs, Blender (slight 3D modeling software), Netflix and obviously for web surfing.In general, I highly recommend it to people that want a fast and very portable laptop, and with slightly above average type of tasks. Dont think this laptop will run new triple A videogames or render 4k videos very fast because the specs doesn't fit to that type of work and obviusly it's not the purpose of a laptop/tablet.

One day it just didn't turn on. Warranty period just ended and I looked up ways to troubleshoot on the internet but none of them worked. I was not a rough or heavy user. The quality was just terrible.

I enjoyed this tablet. I really liked the size of it. The included keyboard was a great plus. I liked the pen that came with it too. I unfortunately broke the screen after a year or so and it broke in a way that the sensor that controls the "touch" aspect of it broke as well. So it became useless as a touch tablet. The pen won't work with it either anymore because of that. And I can only use it with the keyboard that has the touch pad or an external mouse. It was too expensive to replace just the screen, I might as well just get another tablet for the price they were asking. Now it's basically just a dumbed down laptop which is not what I needed. The battery also doesn't last long and in order to use it I have to always have it plugged in. It still works though and I mainly used it for zoom calls throughout the pandemic.It was my fault for not taking better care of it. If the screen was still intact this would still be a great product. I just don't like how expensive replacement parts are.

Definily worth the money.I read a lot of reviews arguing about the fan noise and battery life, but I had no problem. No noise at all, unless when upgrading to Windows Creators. Battery life varies by use, 7h with wifi on all the time to max of araound 12h wifi off.Screen resolution is very nice. I can see yet the pixels, but text is crispy even in tiny fonts.Awesome device.

very cheap material. USB Type A stopped working after four months. Cost $200 to repair

This notebook/tablet hybrid has been just what I needed. The portability is great, it's quiet, powerful enough for both personal and basic work applications, and for a windows 10 computer it has given me no more problems than my high-end work laptop. I didn't want to write a review until I had real experience with it, but I have now used it for 8 months and am very confident with the product. Battery life isn't as good as advertised, but I didn't expect that going in and it has been at least as good and often better than I expected.It's biggest downside for me is working with the stylus as a mouse. I don't do mouse trackpads well at all so I rely on regular mice. However most of the places where I am using this there isn't a good mousing surface available so I end up using the stylus. It works but my big hand has a very hard time pointing it to the right spot on the screen while trying to press one of the buttons.I bought a good Bluetooth mouse and it works very well during those times where I have a place to use it. This also saves the one USB port for something else.

If you are looking to replace your laptop, this should be your next computer. For 1/2 the price of a surface pro get all the features and better performance. I have had laptops and desktops for 20+ years and this is by far my favorite form factor. It feels like a marriage between an iPad and a full power Microsoft laptop.Only negative is the right shift key on the removable keyboard is too far to the right.Also...Get a usb 3.1c hub and you will have every expansion port you’ll ever need.Seller first rate also. They replied to my shipping question within 1 hour and made sure I received it the very next day.

I have had this for almost a year and a half, it has given me nothing but issusesTwice I have had to reset this because out of no where it would stop functioning
