Expensive, but worth it
I've never done panel lining or even heard of it until recently.I read the reviews on amazon and other gunpla sites and the consensus was that the gundam markers on amazon are expensive (b/c they're imports), may be a little 'thick', and there are cheaper alternatives. I tried some of the alternatives with finer tips and well...none of them had 'everything' I wanted in a panel lining pen.Basically I wanted something that was:1) easy to line with (b/c I'm new to it)2) forgiving on mistakes (b/c I can't draw straight lines or nothing)3) looked great ('cuz that's the point)All the other markers i tried were either unforgiving (can't rub off the marker easily for mistakes) or were not easy to line (ink wouldn't adhere to plastic) and just weren't worth bothering with especially since most require you to buy a big 'pack' of pens that are comparable to just getting this one.I use this pen on white and light parts. It *is* a little thicker than it really needs to be, but you can rub off the excess with your finger, so the end product still ends up with an extremely fine line. The one thing you need to watch out for are nooks and crannies where if you mess up, you can't get your hand or q-tip in there to rub off the excess.I liked this pen so much I bought the black one for darker pieces (Epyon MG is practically all colored pieces).Things to know about this pen:-As others alluded, the tip is sensitive. Don't push too hard on it or it'll break, you don't need a lot of pressure-It's designed for bare plastic. If you use the gundam paints and try to line over it, you can get dried paint 'stuck' in the tip and mess up this marker. so don't use any pressure and you can still get the ink out, but it won't look great =/.-It's easier to panel while you're building the model than waiting until you're done as you can often have easier angles to get the paneling in.-Seems to last awhile - I've use this pen on 3 SD, 3 HG 1/144, 2 RG 1/144, and 1 MG 1/100 and it doesn't show any signs of going empty-Once this pen runs out, I intend to get another :)

Perfect condition, reputable seller (Fun Hobby Japan)
Purchased from 'Fun Hobby Japan' one of the Japanese toy sellers I shop with. Shipped Prime (yay!). Grabbed this extra one because I go through so much gray with all the white panels to line!Super fine point. Perfect for panel lining and not much else. Good for a variety of models, not just Gunpla. Also recommend the basic three pack with brown and black additionally - great for lining red (using brown) and dark gray (using black).

Those little plastic pens for plastic scale models get a little arty, too ~~
This GSI Creos Gray Fine Point marker (and its black-tipped counterpart) were manufactured in Japan specifically for the purpose of putting indelible markings on Gundam-brand scale models. However, I use mine (gently) for freehand sketching onto high-quality postcard stock for the purpose of sending homemade postcards through the Postcrossing program. The tip hasn't mooshed down yet, and the price is fair, considering that both my GSI pens, the black and the grey, were mailed to me airmail from Japan from different vendors. At these prices it's worth a try!

Useful enough.
Neat lines but very thin, suitable only for minimal lining, don't expect o add a line with it, not to reinforce one as darker edge it just cant.(advice if you need a dark line get the bigger marker set use the black and the scratch away the excess and you can get a very defined neat line to you favorite size and it will look solid. Worth buying for lining.

Great
I've used this for panel lining on a few HG Gunpla kits. It works great. Fine tip. Good color. Easy to wipe away if you need to clean it.

It is a Gundam marker
If you are building a gunpla kit you should definitely get one or more markers for panel lining, they clean up with a cotton swab so no worry about making mistakes, and they make your kit look so cool.

Don't work
Sent empty markers. Was barely able to get a single line out of them.

i'm kind of dissapointed in this pen, it really does not seem to be much different from the black, i hope for a more grey color =/Not sellers fault
