Diffuser stopped working after a few uses. Not sure if it is the device itself or the charging part but no luck when trying to power it on.

My diffuser worked great for about a year and then just stopped working all together.

I ordered this diffuser less than a year ago and have used it minimally, and it's already stopped working. I don't know if it's the charging port or the actual device, but it shouldn't be this faulty so early on. To compare, I purchased a smaller, cheaper looking diffuser from Whole Foods in 2020 and to this day, it hasn't given me any issues. What's up with that SIOSAVT?

I bought 4 of these for use in different rooms. I only used them occasionally. 1x per week...if that. One by one they all stopped working. Hit the "on" button and nothing happens. Not sure if it's the power adapter or what, because when i switched the adapter from a working one to one that stopped, it did work again, briefly. I threw them all out.

Died in under a year... Super disappointed. The light part doesn't even work. I can't find warranty information either and not holding my breath

It’s super cute but obviously poor quality. It sucks that the power button is stuck. Anytime I want to use it I have to jam it with a paperclip or something. Would have rather invested in something more expensive that actually worked well.
