It does have salicylic acid in it but I doubt that they could come up with a percentage for each patch.

Q: The package says that one should use it for three days to get the 95% blemishes to disappear. I wonder if this means using it 8 hours in three days?

I use these overnight each time I have a really deep, cystic pimple. So 7-8 hours -- per application. This has worked really well for me, with no irritation.

Truly hopeless and not recommended

Used it recently and absolutely no reaction whatsoever. I tried it twice on same spot. The moment I used my previous brand it worked on the spot.
