The Autel scanner was an absolute game-changer for my BMW X5. I was also able to connect to my wife’s Elantra, along with other vehicles as well. It provided incredibly detailed diagnostics, allowing me to pinpoint issues with precision. The live data streaming and advanced coding features made troubleshooting and customization a breeze. Definitely a higher quality scanner.

I love this scanner. It is a sturdy quality, works amazingly, the built in Bluetooth makes the use so much easier to use, and all the data it provides makes diag much easier. It shipped fast and was packaged well with extra consideration of being protected from any roughness from the mail deliverers. The best part is the two year subscription that comes with it vs. other sellers who only give you a year! It has been well worth the money and I would recommend this to any mechanic at any expertise level.

This scanner is easy to use and will pretty much do whatever you need it to do. The scanner loads quickly. It's very versatile. Great for small shops or diy's. The bluetooth connectivity is great!

Great little tool. Took a few tries to figure out all the options available because there are alot you can do with this tool.Very happy with the tool.

Not going to lie at first I was skeptical considering there is no information online about this Autel model but after using it for a bit it really does do almost everything I need. Bi-directional controls is the reason I chose this model as it’s the cheapest Autel that is wireless and still offers bi-directional control. The only disappointment I have found is that it does not allow for dealer option coding on BMW models (not a big deal since I can use my laptop for this but would have been amazing if the tool did this on its own). The only thing still up in the air is if this tool will allow me to code injectors to my BMW 335i, will update my review once I have discovered if this works or not on a 335/535. I have verified that the tool did allow injector coding on a 2007 Audi Q7 so far and the menus are really easy to understand as the tool will walk you through the process step by step. Easily allows battery registration on every model I have plugged the tool into if the car features this. The standard android browser that ships on the device leaves a lot to be desired however I was luckily able to side load the Chrome browser and it works great with PRODEMAND for when I need wiring diagrams and don’t want to bother getting out the laptop. Suppourt answers fairly quickly and is generally pretty helpful with requests, great experience so far. If you’re in the market for a bi-directional scan tool that’s not over $1,000 THIS is the one you’re looking for.

I registered the scanner through autel official us website which gave me one year free update they told me that the seller (autel Direct)was responsible for the other year and they would have to send me a Total Care Program card which I did not receive don't bother with Amazon I called them they did nothing for me in my opinion this is false advertisement don't offer it if you're not going to give it my opinion of this is go to autels official site to buy the scanner not from a third party seller by the way the warranties are different also you would have to ship it back to wherever it come from probably China if anything happened to it

Straight out of the box the scanner worked perfectly. I have had no issues. This scanner is very easy to use and is a real time saver. I really like the wireless connectivity. It allows you to easily verify repairs without having to stay inside the vehicle. The feature to price ratio is extremely good. I repair vehicles part time and an avid diyr . This scanner has already saved me thousands in repairs.
