Toilet Seat Lid
I basically like the toilet seat. However the toilet seat lid is kind of flimsy.

SAVE YOUR MONEY-REVISED REVIEW
This is a Revised Review. The toilet seat company contacted me after they read my bad review and blamed me for not installing the toilet seat properly. There is only one way to install any toilet seat, and that is in the two holes in the toilet where the seat screws HAVE to go into. I am appalled that any company would blame the buyer for their product not doin what its is advertised to do. I have installed many toilet seats in my lifetime and NEVER had a toilet seat not fit the toilet properly. Unbelieveable.Absolutely NOT worth the money. First and foremost, I have a round toilet and I bought a round seat. It does not fit the toilet bowl well at all. There are four rubber bumpers on the underside of the seat. These bumpers are supposed to sit on the toilet bowl to keep the seat raised up off the bowl and provide support for the toilet seat. The back two bumpers sit on the bowl, the front two bumpers do not. So, the front of toilet seat sits directly on the toilet bowl and the back of the toilet seat sits on the bumpers. I have no doubt that this is going to quickly cause the seat to crack and break. This toilet seat costs $54. I expect it to fit. I would return the toilet seat bet there is no convenient place to return it where I live. So, I ordered several different sizes of self-adhesive toilet seat bumpers. Hopefully something will fit and I can place them on the seat so they rest on the toilet bowel like they are supposed to.Second, the rubber washer that fits on the screw HAS to go specifically one way and that is not explained anywhere in the directions. I had to search extensively on the internet to find a video that explained the correct rubber washer position. What should have taken 15 minutes to install took well over an hour and ONLY because I was able to find the video. Again, for the price I expected a lot more. I would NOT recommend this toilet seat. It’s German made, which might explain things. Next time I will buy American made.

Well designed toilet seat.
Simple product but well thought out. It came with a little elongated “key” to easily screw on the seat fasteners. Really easy to install.

Slow close seat
At first I was about to return it because it didn’t seem to fit properly but after watching the video I noticed the base was backwards when I first installed it. You can adjust the pegs they just slide to whatever position you want. So far we all like it, specifically we like the slow close feature. The base seems sturdy, but there’s still a bit of wiggling happening with the toilet seat. Hopefully this one lasts lol. And it was so easy to install took less than 10mins no tools required (but they did include a tool with the seat), as is it’s easy to remove. It looks nice, and good value for $$.

Broken Within 2 Months
I ordered this toilet seat on February 2nd. I received it quickly, so shipping was good. When I went to install it I noticed that the bolts to fasten it to the toilet were plastic, which is not what I expected. I installed it anyway and wanted to give it a shot. Unfortunately on March 7th those plastic bolts snapped off and the toilet seat no longer fixes to the toilet. It was a higher price then I am usually comfortable paying for a toilet seat, but I was hoping for better quality. That did not seem to be the case.UPDATEHaro Customer Service reached out to me and helped make this situation right. I am impressed with their follow up and thankful that they are a company that stands behind their product.

“One fits all” more like One fits none
Product Review: “One Fits All” Toilet Seat – More Like “One Fits None”⭐☆☆☆☆ (If I could give zero stars, I would.)I have never felt such betrayal by a toilet seat. The box boldly claims “one fits all,” but unless my toilet is a rare, exotic breed of round bowl (hint: it’s not), this seat is a complete and utter failure. The design is so disastrously off that the front edge of the seat doesn’t even reach the front of the bowl. Instead, it teeters precariously, hanging on for dear life by a mere sliver of plastic. The result? A full 1 ¼ inches of seat hanging over the edge of the bowl. Who designed this? Have they ever seen a toilet before? Not only does this make sitting uncomfortable, but it also means every use is an anxiety-inducing experience, fearing the inevitable shift or, worse, an unexpected plunge. The only thing this seat truly accommodates is regret. If you’re in the market for a toilet seat that makes your bathroom look like an amateur DIY disaster and offers the ergonomic comfort of a broken park bench, then by all means, buy this one. Otherwise, spare yourself the frustration and find a seat that actually fits.
