Square Pan 4 in 1 set

This product works great , But you must season the pan before using, Light wipe of oil and as a chef I sprinkle with salt and pepper, and wait until it starts to smoke, Let it cool and clean, I recommend hand wash, That's the only problem with this pan, with the handle being permanently attached it doesn't fit in my sink. Other then that a nice product.

The product works fine but the basket for deep fry and is too small and you have to have a very high level of oil in order to get your whatever you're cooking to be submerged in the oil

I like the pan but find that the center will burn the food and any oil added will accumulate at the edges and not in the center.

I purchased this pan with the hopes it worked as well as everyone has said. I used it a few times with the same beautiful results before I threw away all of my old teflon pans. I have ordered more copper cookware and I look forward to many years of clean cooking.

Love it so far, browned my pork chops perfect no oil no nothing, Whipped pan clean. Will take good care of finish due to reviewers complaining of finish peeling off. This will cut so many calories. Very pleased Shipped Quick.

Dents and dings very easily. Be very careful with lids and how you store this pot. Otherwise works amazingly!

Arrived without the glass lid. This is my second Copper Chef so I already had one but was disappointed (and charged) for s complete package.

I like it a lot, it has very good size and very comfortable, excellent purchase ... I'm happy with that purchase
