Came quickly and included the access code.

Working on school and prefer written version over electronic

I purchased this book with the expectation that I would have the needed online access. I just scratched the code off and tried to redeem it and I am being told that the code was already used. This makes things difficult as I need the online access for my class, and already paid for this book once. Very unsatisfied.

Very dry and a slog to read. Not engaging enough to be anything I’d have read were it not a requirement for my NP program.
