Take a little bit on your fingers and smooth the little hairs back to where you want them . Be careful not to get the gel in her little eyes. It works really well.

That would depend on breed and coat type. Invisible Hold works OK for head hair, and may work for some toplines, but would be too much for my breeds. Sit N Stay by Plush Puppy might be a better choice for some head coats. I tend not to use product on toplines, as both my breeds are supposed to be shown with natural toplines.

It might, but Reba hasn't had a negative reaction to it yet. I don't need to use a lot of it when I want to hold some of her hair away from her eyes.
