Is this brush for use with Acrylic or Oil paint?

I use it for oil painting but I think it can be used for both. The bristles are a smooth synthetic typical of acrylic brushes. This brand is the one I use for about 90% of my work. I have bought natural bristle brushes for 3-4 + times the price that do not work as well.

Is it a round or flat? The brush name and photo don't match.

It’s definitively not round (mine isn’t anyhow.) I would say that it is oval and flat and kind of on the thick side. I really love this brush for applying gel medium to large pieces of mixed media collages that I’m working on. It’s on the larger side for sure.
