So yes...I did buy this one because it's pink...and it's so pretty! However I am overall pleased with this purchase. It does everything I expected it to do. I haven't had any issues with it yet and I've had it for over a month now. I typically prefer Acer brand to any other, but because of the color, this HP won out.With this laptop I am able to stream videos, watch live TV, and my son games on it. (Minecraft, Pokemon, etc.) We can skype, zoom, and facetime with no problems. It does the job and fulfills my needs.My only complaints:*I do wish the sound was louder*It had a card reader for camerasBut other than those 2 minor details, I'm a happy camper!

I loved this hp as soon as I saw it and had to have it. It’s a great laptop, the only thing , for me, was that it came with 1 year complimentary of Microsoft 365 . So coming from a Chromebook and used to doing almost everything on my iPhone-I was literally lost for a year until the subscription ran out! I couldn’t find my downloads, get my pics, Oh it was a mess! Which would probably be a good thing for most people, but coming from a not tech savvy person, ♥️’d the computer, hated the 365… I should have researched it a little more and taken a basic Microsoft class.. I ended up adding my google extensions and it got pretty messy. But now that it’s gone, I use it a lot more!!Also don’t forget to charge the battery as instructed, not leaving it in all night… lol-Which most people probably know, because I did drain the battery by the overcharging it too much. Now, I have to leave it plugged in pretty much. However still 5 stars because those are all my own technical fouls! Hp makes great laptops and it still is a very nice one..And how can you turn down pink!?!😜💕💻✅

La computadora llegó muy bien y es muy linda, sin embargo la resolución de la pantalla es regular y al instalar chrome se empezó a trabar por todos lados, tuve que desinstalarlo.Por la relación precio-producto diría que está bien pero es muy básica y un tanto lenta, constatemente hay que esperar a que se abra cualquier cosa, hasta un word. La recomiendo para funciones básicas más no para trabajo.

My husband and I both ordered this computer for our teens birthday, so we ended up with two of these. Our teen daughter is very happy with it, so instead of sending one back, my older daughter is a general manager at a fast food place and she happened to be looking for a computer for work so she bought it from us. She is very happy with it as well. They both love the color, it is very lightweight, excellent value. I would recommend this product.
