...That's a two-part inquiry!...There are two models, one slightly larger than the other, each about the diameter of a teen's thumb...These pens are about the diameter of a Sharpie [and not an old-time Marks-A-Lot]...I believe the larger diameter is the Vanishing Point [or, in Europe, the Capless], and the slightly slimmer version is the Decimo [but there is not very much difference]...

Can I put an 18k gold nib on this pen, like the nibs tha go in the Décimo and the Capless?
