The media could not be loaded. I bought API bio media 250gms/500ml pack. I was disappointed after reading a review of it that it didn't have the Watercare 4+ and net bag but mentioned that they were provided.But after opening the packet I am happy, there is a net bag and a water care 4+ inside. Thank you API for this ❤️🤞.

Really helps to maintain my Aquarium perfectly..1. Helps to maintain low nitrogen & nitrate level2. Helps to make my aquarium water crystal clear & clean3. No odour and smell from aquarium water, this helps to get this quality of water.4. do not wash these stones with fresh water when ever changing the water or cleaning the aquarium, if needed to clean always use aquarium old water only to clean, good bacterias inside this stone are required to achieve the above points.

I'm not sure what's wrong. I bought this product to help clear the water and even cleaned the bio media before use. But after adding it to my canister filter and running it for nearly 48 hours, the water has become three times cloudier. I don't understand why such products are being sold—it's really disappointing

Not provided mesh bag in the box

This is the 3rd packet that I have been buying from API. its way better than the other white ones in the market which gets clogged after a few months.
