I have now purchased five of these. The first time was three - one was "used in new condition". The used one didn't come with all the necessary bits to install it, I was refunded for it and issued a new new one. The replacement light didn't work either, it flickered dimmly. Since I want all three lights in my kitche to match...I was forced to get yet another one and hope that it works.When they DO work, they're kind of cool looking and produce a fair amount of bright llight.
