Eapmic Remanufactured Supercharger Turbocharger Roots Car Auto Kompressor Supercharger Compresspr blower booster Kompressor for 0.8-2.0L AISIN AMR500

Filled unit with proper amount of supercharger oil as per instructions listed on the Internet. I installed on a 1.4L vw engine. After running for a very short amount of time the unit started to make rumbling noises so I took the belt off and turned it by hand it felt very rough. Ended up taking the back cover off as it was very HOT and found that one of the bearings had seized and the shaft was spinning inside the bearing. I sourced a new bearing but the shaft has worn itself down so much that it fits sloppy in the new bearing. The only way to fix it is to weld the shaft and then have it turned down in the leaves to fit the bearing otherwise this unit is junk. In other words this was a poor rebuild and the unit never lasted more than 20 minutes. Amazon should stick to selling things themselves instead of third-party sellers like where this came from. I have had very poor luck trying to get things warrantied or exchanged from third-party sellers on Amazon. Been too busy to try to rectify this but I will try in another day or so.
